Camdenton City Park

Due to the early onset of freezing temperatures this Fall, we have found it necessary to close the restrooms and shut down the water fountains in City Park to avoid damage to the fixtures and pipes. Please keep this in mind as you visit the Park this Fall to take advantage of any remaining fair weather days. The restrooms and fountains will remain closed until next Spring. We always try for a March 15 target date to bring the water back up, weather permitting.

The rebuilt tennis courts are open for the season.  The lights will be on for evening play until 9 PM every day throughout the season.  The Parks Department recently installed a drinking fountain with bottle filler at the entrance to the courts for use by City Park patrons.

Something new for all of our fury friends here in Camdenton who like to take their owners for a walk in City Park. Pet Potty Stations have been installed on Pam May Dr. (The Circle) by the Nature Trailhead and at The Ballpark right by the sidewalk entrance from the parking lot. Now Mom or Dad have a place to pull a waste bag to pick up after you, and a place to deposit the results in one location.
Camdenton Parks, trying to make life a little easier for our friends, one day at a time.
